How I Use AI to Run Smarter Influencer Campaigns Without Losing the Human Touch
The tools that changed how I brief creators, analyse performance, and identify the right voices for a brand — without replacing judgement with automation.
Six years of transforming brands into revenue engines — through data-led strategy, AI-powered campaigns, and storytelling that converts.
I'm a Digital Marketing Manager with 6 years of experience across insurance, retail, FMCG, and events — building campaigns that don't just look good but actually move the needle.
My approach sits at the intersection of creative instinct and analytical rigour. I've grown leads by 2x, driven 68% sales growth for retail brands, and consistently hit activation targets in competitive markets.
What sets me apart is how I work: I use AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, and Midjourney to work faster, test more, and personalise at scale — giving my campaigns an edge that pure intuition can't replicate.
I'm also a builder at heart. I co-created Kairo, an AI-powered productivity app, at Google's Build and Blog Marathon in Hyderabad — going from zero to product strategy in one weekend.
I use Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Midjourney daily — not as gimmicks, but as force multipliers for creative and performance work.
Insurance, luxury retail, health supplements, footwear, FMCG — I adapt strategy to sector dynamics, not just copy-paste playbooks.
Proven track record scaling qualified leads through LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and influencer ecosystems simultaneously.
“Campaigns that made Mumbai stop and look.
Phoenix Palladium and Marketcity Mumbai — two of the city's most prestigious retail destinations. I managed their digital presence, orchestrated celebrity-driven events, and built campaigns around names like Jacqueline Fernandez, Vaani Kapoor, and Jim Sarbh. Every campaign was a story told at city scale.
A growing health supplement brand competing in a saturated market dominated by legacy players with large ad budgets. The challenge: drive meaningful sales growth without a mega-budget.
Traditional paid ads were underperforming. The brand needed authentic reach — the kind that drives real purchase intent, not just impressions. Trust was the missing ingredient.
I owned the strategy end-to-end: influencer identification, content brief development, AI-assisted creative optimisation, paid amplification of organic content, and performance reporting.
Instead of one big name, I built a stack of 15–20 micro-influencers (50k–300k followers) whose audiences had genuine fitness intent. Used AI tools to analyse content performance patterns and brief creators on the exact hooks, formats, and CTAs most likely to convert in this category.
Instead of creating fresh paid creative, I identified the top-performing influencer posts using engagement-to-reach ratios and boosted those directly via Meta Ads. This meant we were spending on content already proven to resonate — eliminating creative risk and reducing CPAs significantly.
The influencer content kept generating organic reach and sales long after the paid period ended, creating a compounding effect that traditional ads can't replicate. The campaign became the brand's new benchmark.
Built at Google's Build and Blog Marathon in Hyderabad — a 48-hour sprint where I was the marketer on a product team. Kairo converts Gmail threads into structured task workflows using Gemini AI, saving knowledge workers 2–3 hours per week by eliminating the mental overhead of email-to-action translation.
Design · Storytelling · Coaching
The Curious Kalakar is a design and storytelling coaching brand built for curious creatives — people who want to think more visually, tell better stories, and build with intention.
Through Canva tutorials, design freebies, coaching sessions, and an upcoming e-book, I'm creating a space where visual thinking is taught simply, and creativity is made accessible.

A step-by-step breakdown of the targeting, creative, and follow-up sequence that moved the needle from volume to quality leads.
The Google Build and Blog Marathon compressed what normally takes months into one weekend — here's what the experience taught me about positioning, speed, and clarity.
